By submitting a design copyrighted or trademarked to us, you warrant that you have been authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, or its agent or representative, to have that design manufactured by us on your behalf.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permission for using trademarked or copyrighted material in the reproduction of lapel pins, patches or any other product Cartier Pins and Patches may produce.
